Moved to Forster in early 2019 to work at Kinetic medicine. He completed his Masters of exercise physiology in Bendigo in 2017. He has been a member of the Australian marathon kayak team the last 6 years and has competed on the international stage 7 times since 2013. He is an avid follower of all sports and have previously played tennis, soccer, basketball and mixed netball. His passion for sport has drawn him to become an exercise physiologist and gets great satisfaction from assisting people to realise there goals and successfully manage their chronic conditions.

Chantel Cutrupi

Chantel moved to the area in 2015, after completing her degree in Exercise Physiology at Southern Cross University. Chantel has 4 years experience in the allied health industry and has a strong interest in exercise and neurological conditions. 

Chantel has vast experience working with older populations for improved quality of life and falls prevention. She also has an interest in treating musculoskeletal injuries, people undergoing cancer treatment and metabolic conditions.

With a passion for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and human movement, Chantel often attends seminars all around the area to perfect her technique. She may be small, but she packs a punch!

 Chantel spends her weekends running around the area with her doggo Murph.

Sephora Emerton

Administrative Assistance

Sephora moved to the Mid North Coast area from Inverell in 2013 after marrying her husband Nic. After years of working retail and hospitality, Sephora made a change in direction after developing a deep passion for health and fitness , joining the Kinetic Medicine team towards the end of 2017. Outside work, she can be found picnicking and bushwalking with her family, sewing or enjoying a good book.

John founded Kinetic Medicine to fill gaps in quality health care seen after years working in the hospital and community healthcare setting. John grew up in the Blue Mountains and moved to the Manning Valley in 2010 in search of the coastal life. John has a special passion to help people, especially those with pain. Never at ease with mediocrity, Kinetic Medicine was born out of a desire to meet the real needs of the community.

Nathan made the move from Brisbane to Old Bar in early 2017 to take up an AEP role after finishing his Clinical Exercise Physiology degree at Queensland University of Technology. Nathan has over 5 years experience working in the health and fitness industry after completing initial study. An avid follower of all things sports with a history of playing AFL, cricket and football, his passion for sport drew him to the field. Nathan gets the greatest satisfaction from seeing our clients reach their goals live fuller, fitter lives.

Married to John, Lizzie moved to Taree in 2010 before becoming a mother to their 3 beautiful children. She has a Bachelor of Graphic Design, majoring in Photography. As well as helping clients in our day-to-day running, she has been a visionary force in developing Kinetic Medicine with John.

Jenna, her husband Rick and two beautiful children Ava & Archer have called Taree their home all their lives. With over 14 years administrative experience including working in the field of victims compensation, conveyancing, payroll and human resources and a Certificate II, IV, V in Business Administration and Human Resources she is an asset to the Kinetic Medicine team.
