Most of our clients work with us over at least a 4 week period and this may include a weekly follow-up consult with less frequent reviews as you progress. Getting involved into one of our programs may help with making longer term changes stick and this usually means weekly attendance.
Simply bring yourself in clothing that helps you feel most comfortable. Often enclosed footwear can be helpful but is not essential. If you have any paperwork, imaging or test results bring those with you too!

Accredited Exercise Physiologists are essentially clinical scientists, that is we utilise all there is to know about anatomy and physiology, biomechanics, neurology and psychology and then tailor drug-free largely movement-based prescriptions for the vast majority of health conditions.
Generally consultations are between 30-60 mins. However, our aim is to provide a result, and so we will take the time needed to get you on the right tack.
No! A referral from your GP may entitle you to some rebates on our scheduled fees however a referral is not necessary.
Whilst these strategies may work at times for some people, we believe the most important thing is to be able to show people how to make changes and implement strategies themselves.
