Located in the heart of Albury at 461B Dean Street, we are a leading exercise physiology clinic dedicated to helping the Albury-Wodonga community achieve optimal health and well-being. Whether you are recovering from an injury, managing a chronic health condition, navigating the NDIS, or seeking to improve your overall movement and quality of life, our expert team is here to support you.

We understand that pain and movement limitations can prevent you from enjoying the active lifestyle our region offers, from a walk along the Murray River to participating in local sports. Our qualified Exercise Physiologists provide personalised, evidence-based care to help you get better, stay better, and live better.

What does an exercise physiologist do?
An accredited exercise physiologist uses tailored, evidence-based movement to treat injury, manage chronic conditions and restore function. At our Albury clinic you can access exercise physiology, physiotherapy, WorkCover and CTP rehabilitation, NDIS support and neurological rehabilitation, all under one roof.

Physiotherapy and exercise physiology across Albury and Wodonga

Albury and Wodonga sit either side of the Murray, which means our clients deal with two different states and two different injury systems. Our clinic supports recovery under both WorkCover NSW and WorkSafe Victoria, so it does not matter which side of the border your claim sits on.

Our physiotherapists and exercise physiologists see clients from right across the region, including Lavington, Thurgoona, East Albury, Wodonga and the surrounding Murray towns. If you have been searching for a physiotherapist in Albury or Wodonga, our team combines hands-on physiotherapy with longer-term exercise physiology so your recovery does not stop when the pain does.

NDIS support at our Albury clinic

Exercise physiology is funded under the NDIS Capacity Building budget, in the Therapeutic Supports category. No GP referral is required, and we accept self-managed, plan-managed and agency-managed participants.

Our Albury team works with participants living with a wide range of conditions to build functional capacity, independence and confidence.

WorkCover, WorkSafe Victoria and CTP recovery

If you have been injured at work or in a motor vehicle accident, our exercise physiologists support your recovery from early rehabilitation through to a safe return to work. Because we are set up for both WorkCover NSW and WorkSafe Victoria, cross-border workers in Albury-Wodonga can access the right pathway without the usual back and forth.

Are you an employer or return-to-work coordinator? Find out how we support businesses with pre-employment screening, injury prevention and return-to-work.

Neurological rehabilitation and ExoMove (Albury only)

Our Albury clinic is the only Kinetic Medicine location offering ExoMove, our advanced neurological rehabilitation service.

Using HAL exoskeleton technology and Robofit, we support people working to recover movement after stroke, spinal cord injury, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's and other neurological conditions. Robofit assists arm and hand rehabilitation, not only walking, so recovery can extend to everyday tasks like reaching, gripping and self-care.

This technology offers an additional path for people rebuilding function. Every person is assessed for suitability first, progress looks different for everyone, and we are always honest about what the technology can and cannot do.

How to get started

You can book directly. No referral is needed for private or NDIS appointments. For WorkCover, WorkSafe Victoria, CTP or a GP care plan, bring your referral or claim details and we will guide you through the rest.
